Prepare to FLOW
Preparation is everything when it comes to finding flow state.
Becoming familiar with your natural rhythms and cycles. Preparing your environment. Communicating with your network.
My passion is really in preparing the space to create. The mental, spiritual and the physical space! Thats why in addition to becoming a Human Design analyst - I’ve returned to part time study in interior design! Human Design has given me that privilege - of appreciating what I knew was there but that I was always second guessing or feeling inferior about.
You really can create the perfect mix of the life you want to live. We need to be supporting one another to jump off the main tracks and disconnect from the directives that pull us so off course and whittle away the energy of the soul.
In preparation for flow, let’s look towards the purpose and the values you have. What is the mood you want to reflect in your work? How will the colours and the textures soothe or inspire?
Getting organised, cleaning up and ensuring high function will be key to delivering the creative projects of your dream vision.

My own personal approach was to just ‘JUMP ON IN’ and expect the outcome to be perfect. I would look at my first attempt and think - we;; it’s good but i’m not the best so I can’t make it work.
Wow, crazy to think of the years ‘wasted’ - well not really wasted, because they taught me something about time and desire and led me to discover more about the soul and energy …
Part of my lesson was to experience the feeling of lost time, and then travel through some time jump loops to find the timeline of my dreams.
Human Design has that capacity. To show us how to not just jump into a new place of subconscious distractions and limitations - but to open up into understanding of our individuality and get the road map to make the quantum jump with some kind of direction and will.
To step from disfunction into flow, I offer a 6 session introduction to Human Design and creative flow - The Life in Flow
If you enjoyed that introduction … I have a course, Conscious Creative Flow which takes us deeper in the transmission to activate a personal creative practice.
